I was a runner in highschool and college...I am 22 years old and have been diagnosed with tramatic arthritis in my right knee, while my left knee hurts as well. I have recieved one cotizone shot which did nothing. my knee has been hurting for over 6moths with little improvement. It hurts almost all the time. My cartitage has been depleted and connot be healed. I have done some research and it seems like the only solution is knee replacement... and I have seen two doctors so far. I LOVE running and if you knew me you would know i run every chance i get, and I almost don't even care that I cannot run anymore but the fact that i want to be able to be active is killing me... and at this rate it does not look good... will i even be able to chase after my own kids when I have them??!! ugh, its not looking good. please pray for a complete healing!!!! and that I will be content. thanks so much!
